Workshop Title: Using the power of video to improve patient care and increase efficiency
Cost: FREE
Where: Onsite at your premises (min. 5 people) or webinar
Who should attend?: The workshop will be beneficial for all project leads, heads of departments, clinical leads, communications, IT, education and learning and anyone else who has an interest in using digital technology with patient care and staff training
Content: The workshop covers a wide range of practical tips, tools and case studies to help you use video effectively in your health and care services including:
- Why should you consider using video?
- Where can you use video and why?
- How do you make videos part of the care process?
- How do you get videos used in your organisation?
- How do to get your videos seen?
- What is involved in the production process?
Benefits: You will explore the potential ways in which videos can be deployed, principally with patients and in clinical pathways, but also to support staff. Through video we are looking to add to the patient experience, support shared decision-making and self-care, increase capacity and save costs.
We encourage participants to identify the various touch points that exist and how video can be used throughout the patient journey.
We also work out how to use video to help staff by offering learning that is available any time, any place and anywhere. We address how that learning can be recorded so that evidence can be captured for regulators and continuing professional development.
Duration: Approx. 2-3 hours
How to book: Call 01803 656599 or email [email protected] to discuss a mutually convenient date and time.
